AVOCADO (PEAR) and its Health benefits



Avocado pear contains 73% water, 25% fat, mineral, carbohydrate, calcium, iron, phosphorus, vitamins A,B,C and E.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF AVOCADO:

1. It reduces the aging process: it is high in potassium which helps the body, it also contains anti-againg combination


2. Treatment of skin infections: The oil of avocado is good treatment of skin diseases especially eczema. Avocado also prevents pregnancy stretch marks when its directly applied to the abnormal skin.

3. It enhances the secretion of gastric juice which is necessary for digestion: also has soothing effect on the whole digestive processes.
4. For correction of bad breathe: Avocado eliminates abnormal breathe usually caused by bacterial activities in the mouth.


5. Avocado is used in treatment of stretch marks, cream reaction, eczema and other skin problems: Solution>>>>>> wash the affected areas or parts with warm water and soap, get Avocado oil, then get orange peel pound very well, add little water then grind to form past mix the grinded orange peel and then mix with Avocado oil rub in the affected areas morning and evening for a period of one or two weeks as the case may be and you will be amaze at the wonders of fruit.

Apply egg whites to the skin under your eyes. Egg white contains several vitamins and will help to nourish as well as tighten your skin.\

This is an excellent method to reduce wrinkles naturally and so in addition to applying it under your eyes, you can apply it on your forehead and other areas of your body or skin that are prone to wrinkles. Odor-free castor oil can be applied to the skin under the eyes or on that of the throat.

 Gently massage coconut oil on portions of the skin prone to wrinkles every night at bedtime and finally Rub Avocado oil on the face and leave it for 60-75 minuets before rinsing off.

This work perfectly well on fine wrinkles.
